I undoubtely have the cuttest kids in the world.
Look at these two personalities!

Look at that SMILE!
I think the Lord sent us these amazing kids becuase he knew we needed someone to amaze us every day and remind us to smile at the little things in life. :-)

Five Months

Here is the little man who is now five months old. He reminds us of the Michelin man, but 100% perfect!

Already you know he is going to be a heartbreaker!

Here We Go Again!

Our little Chuckie is already teething. He has his two bottom teeth and is getting two more. He is growing so fast. At four months we started him on rice cereal and he didn't like it very much the first few attempts. Now he seems to like it better and is learning how to swallow food.
What a mess!

Pretty Girls & Pettiskirts

Our little Mars is becoming such a little girl. We put her in a pettiskirt and she was so excited.

She laughed and danced around the house and got her groove on.

Playgrounds

Playtime is essential for every child. Our kids are getting at the age where they can actually play on play grounds. At least one of our kids can play on the play ground, while the other is content to suck on his binki.

Ladybugs can be so much fun, even if you can't watch them fly away.

Then, little puppies always make it a great day!

Big girls can go down the big kids slide all by themselves!

Peek-A-Boo I see you!

Hooray Amara - such a big girl!

Oh, and look at our little brother with his great big eyes! So cuddly and cute!

Christmas Day

Christmas is so much funner with kids! Last year was great, but this year is even better now that Mars gets excited about opening presents.

Here is our little Chuckie at his first Christmas. He is so happy!

Here is Amara's expression on Christmas morning when she first came down the stairs.

Santa brough her a kitchen set...

and Mommy made her AMARA RAE alphabet blocks...

and bubbies looked adorable in his little red plaid hat!
Mars even loved the farm set she got from Grammy and Grampy!

Snow Much Fun

The next day before we headed home, we all went and played in the snow.

It was Amara's frist real encounter with snow and it was a lot of fun to watch her.
Daddy and Uncle Justin are getting her ready to send her down a small hill.

1.....2.....3.....GO!

I don't think it was as much fun for Mars as it was for us.

Poor Amara!

It was all good in the end - happy girl with Daddy.

One more fun run before we left - this time with Mommy!

Watch out snow - here we come!

Polar Express 2012 - Part II

The Polar Express is a magical experience and is especially fun with the kids.

We are waiting in line to board the train that will take us to the North Pole - of course!

Little Chuckie's first time on the train (Mars' too...) and he is so excited. Look at that happy face!

Amara and her cousin Rylyn are looking for Santa's workshop at the North Pole.

Once we saw Santa on his sled at the North Pole...he surprised us all and came on the train.

For the kids that truly BELIEVE in Santa - they get a special gift from him.

Polar Express 2012 - Part I

Our family rides the Polar Express every year in Williams, Arizona.

Here is the little man opening his Christmas jammies and Mars opening her package.

Yeah! Mars also got a Polar Bear from her Grammy - doesn't she look excited!

Here is Amara is her bedazzled Christmas jammies!

Four Months

Little Chuckie is the most beautiful baby boy! He is growing so fast and already at 4 months is 17lbs 13oz and 25 1/2 inches long. He is a big boy and I love him!

Today we discovered the reason he has been having a hard time sleeping...

he has his FIRST TOOTH!

We even gave him his first baby cereal which he really enjoyed. Mars even tried feeding him a breadstick for dinner tonight. Soon enough he will be big enough to eat that too (what a good Sissy).

Christmas 2011

This IS the most wonderful time of the year!
Not only do we get to remember our older brother and Savior Jesus Christ, but we feel the urge to be kind, overlook shortcomings, smile at strangers and do good to all man.

I love Christmas and all the joy and happiness it brings. I love wrapping presents, making caramels, baking cookies, putting up the tree, seeing the temple lights and the fresh smell of the Christmas tree.

I am so grateful for my wonderful family and thank God every day for each one of them.

Children make you grow as a person, realize the important things in life and give you a chance to be a better person every day.

Here is a Merry Christmas from our home to yours - wishing you the very best this holiday and a chance to remember the life and love of our Savior.
